所有留學生都必須到現場辦理9月開學報到手續➛。
All students must register on-site for fall semester starting from Sept.

新生應按照錄取通知書上指定的日期到校報到👨🏻🌾。原則上請提前三天來校即可。
New students are advised to come no earlier than three days in advance. If you cannot make it on time, please send email to the College of International Education (cie@ecust.edu.cn). If you do not arrive two weeks after registration, you will not be admitted.
住宿登記 Accommodation Registration
根據《中華人民共和國外國人出境入境管理法實施細則》，入境後24 小時內須在住宿地所在的派出所辦理臨時住宿登記（住酒店除外）👨👨👧👧。入住校內留學生公寓的學生請至晨園107室國際教育學院財務室，辦理臨時住宿登記✦。如未辦理住宿登記，公安機關會依法處以警告或500 元以下的罰款🏓。
According to Rules for the Implementation of the Chinese Law on Control of the Entry and Exit of Foreigners, International students must register at the local police station within 24 hours after their arrival. If you stay on campus, you need to get a Registration Form for Temporary Residence at Finance Office of CIE (Room 107, Chenyuan building). Failing to register at the local police station will result in a warning fine up to 500RMB.

報到材料 Necessary Documents for Registration
All students have to register on the designated day of registration.
Students must bring the following documents for on-site registration.
新生For New Students:
1.有效護照及簽證（原件和復印件）
2.中英文錄取通知書（原件）
3.外國留學人員來華簽證登記表（JW201 或JW202 表）
4.學費、住宿費和保險費等
5.兩寸證件照（2 張）
6.X1 簽證持有者請提供6個月內的身體檢查及驗血結果或報告（如果有請提供）
1.Valid passport and visa (original and copy)
2.The Admission Notice in Chinese and English (original)
3.The Visa Application for Study in China form (also known as the JW201/JW202 form) (original)
4.Tuition, accommodation fee and insurance fee,etc.
5.Two 2-inch ID pictures
6.Physical examination record and blood test report issued within 6 months.(For X1 visa holders, please provide the original copy)
老生For Current Students:
